Mission Statement

Our mission is to create and maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for our citizens and animals alike. It is our goal for every pet owner to be able to provide a happy, healthy environment for their pets; while conforming to the minimum requirements of the law.

Purpose & Function

We are committed to the service of our citizens and their animals. We provide the citizens of the City of Princeton with services for issues of animal control, property maintenance, and rental compliance.

Department Services

We provide solutions for domesticated animal issues. We provide solutions for property maintenance issues, including trash, grass, junk vehicles, sanitation & basic maintenance of structures. We perform rental compliance officer duties, including inspections, certificates of compliance & renewals, or changes of ownership issues.

Princeton Animal Control provides spay and neuter services. Spaying and neutering your pets helps control the number of unwanted animals running at large. If you can not afford to have your pets spayed or neutered, please get in touch with one of the resources listed below.

We assist property owners in Princeton City Limits with maintenance to keep their property in shape. The City of Princeton has adopted maintenance codes for all structures and premises.
