Mercer County Recycling Schedule
Mercer County Solid Waste Authority offers a recycling program that allows Princeton and county residents to bring their recyclables to the recycling trailer on a set schedule. Please refer to the Love Where You Live — Keep Mercer Clean Facebook Page to find the recycling schedule each month.
The following items are eligible to be recycled in Mercer County. All items must be clean and dry upon recycling. All materials must be separated:
- #1 & #2 plastics
- All ferrous metals, including cans
- All types of aluminum, including cans
- Newspaper, cardboard, and mixed paper
